Compromising and Understanding

Perhaps these two are the most important values we all need when working as a team. Every one of us will make mistakes, and we may also inevitably get frustrated with those who make mistakes. However, these are all natural, normal and perfectly alright, because not only are they part of our learning, but they are also part of our bonding.
It may seem hard and tough to not make mistakes. So does it mean that we have to be "perfect" and "flawless"? No, a hundred times no. No one of us should try to change our self to someone else, to be the so-called perfect and flawless. Why? Well, squad mates, I'm sure you all already know why. It because we are who we are, we are special and unique, and therefore we are perfect and flawless in our own way. Yet still, how does not changing ourselves allow our self to work better with others? How can we work with others such that no one gets frustrated and hatred war begins? Well, it all lies within to simple words you and I know--compromising and understanding.
Well sure to say, these two may be simple vocabulary adjectives that some of us have learnt in primary school, bit still, how many of us truly understand and also act out the values of this two words? To be honest, guys, I myself also cannot truly and consistently do it. However, we shall all work hard to consistently and persistently portray such elegance. The following may not be the exact dictionary definition of Compromising and Understanding, but to me, this is what they are.
Compromising: is to be understanding and generous enough to forgive and forget, and to continue to care and love for those who make mistakes, no matter what.
Understanding: is to empathise and sympathise for those who have troubles and problems, or even make mistakes, and work together with them, to overcome tough times with them.
Fellow squad mates, it is necessary for us to understand and compromise one another, for the mistakes we do, and the problems we face. We shall never give up on one another, for we are as one, and once one of us fall, all of us fall. All for one, one for all.
Even though the whole squad compromises and understands us, we still must make an effort to improve and put in hard work for the squad and yourself.
At times when we are assigned some task from Ma'ams, and we are required to complete it within a time span, we all may get anxious and worked up, and may unintentionally show frustration. Now at this time, what do we show? Understanding. Then take for example another scenario, we are required to complete something, but group members do not reply fast enough due to some contact difficulty or some other problems. Now what do we show? Compromises. Now guys, we have to understand the difficulties and problems that some of us face, and we cannot help each other at times, but still we must always learn to forgive and forget. Yet still, does it mean that we can continue to make mistakes? No, definitely not. We have to still show gratitude and understanding, by making an effort to be better.
So here, I hope we all can work together towards being compromising and understanding, because we can, we must and we need.
(Not needed to sign off, because you all know who this long-winded person is)
